Decent Homes Network

Join us for the next session of the Decent Homes Network.

This network brings together housing professionals from across the sector to explore how organisations can prepare for the requirements of the recently updated Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), alongside existing legislation such as Awaab’s Law.

The network provides a collaborative forum for members to share their experiences, discuss challenges and exchange best practice. Discussions will focus on how organisations can develop effective business practices in the lead-up to the implementation of new regulations, covering areas including asset management, repairs and maintenance, and tenant engagement.

Delivered in partnership by the Northern Housing Consortium and NHC Procurement, the network aims to support learning, collaboration and sector-wide readiness for upcoming regulatory changes. A full agenda will be shared in due course.

The session will take place online via Microsoft Teams, with joining details circulated a few days before the event.
