Comms in Housing Network
What's next in comms: the latest trends to lighten your load and help you succeed
Dominic Ridley-Moy from the Behaviour Change Network is joining us to lead a conversation on comms trends in the social housing sector. We’ll dig into what’s coming across your desk, what’s keeping you awake, and ways you can work smarter not harder. We’ll look at a range of topics including:
- How to demonstrate the value of comms in the face of less budget
- AI tools and how to make the most of them
- Measuring what you do to deliver organisational impact
- Encouraging community cohesion in a fragmented political environment.
Dominic will introduce key communication trends in 2026 and then there will be a group discussion so you can share any queries or thoughts and get input from Dominic and the group. This will also help shape future Comms in Housing sessions as we can dig down further into the topics most of interest.
Dominic has worked in public sector communications for over 25 years and specialises in using behaviour change theory to improve both communications and services. He is a CIPR fellow and regularly hosts webinars with leading industry figures, including an annual webinar looking at communication trends for the coming year.
